Boguski Frances J. “Fran” (nee Juskauskas), age 92, of Havertown, on August 30, 2018. Loving mother of Leonard Justin (Laura Lee) of Cape May, NJ, Robert Boguski (Marlene) of Argyle, TX, and Thomas “Doc” Boguski of Havertown. She is also survived by her grandsons: Chris, Michael, John, Walter, Alex, and 5 great-grandchildren. Fran was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Anna Juskauskas; her brother, Stanley Juskauskas; her sisters, Genevieve Juskauskas, and Sister M. Joanetta, SSC. Fran was especially fond of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; she lovingly remembered the good old days in South Philly. She enjoyed being at home visiting with Sister Gregory from St. Pius X; old movies on Turner Classic, especially The King and I, My Fair Lady, and The Sound of Music; and films with Jimmy Stewart, Cary Grant, and Joseph Cotten. Reminiscing about her days in South Philly, Fran was proud to have served as a riveter on the Battleship New Jersey and on airplanes at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. A lifelong fan of the Mummers, Fran was always in front of the TV on New Year’s Day. Fran was a parishioner of St. Pius X since 1960, and attended Mass until health problems kept her home. Mom loved to pray, and could always be found, Rosary in hand, praying for her relatives, friends, and those in need. The family wishes to thank the dozens of people who crossed Fran’s path and provided excellent care for her during the past ten years, especially Dr. Eliza Thornton, the teams at Victoria’s Home Care and Home Helpers, and the great team of nurses, therapists, aides and volunteers from Main Line Health HomeCare and Hospice. The family especially wants to thank fondly Fran’s beloved friend and caregiver, Gertrude Morgan, who took care of and shared tons of laughs with Fran during the past four years. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing on Wed. Sept. 12th, 9-9:45 AM at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Rd. Broomall, PA 19008. Funeral Mass to follow at 10 AM. Interment Ss.
