1921 – 2019 JONES Emma Jones (nee Leska), age 97, of Aldan, PA, passed away on April 1, 2019, wife of the late John F. Jones. Emma was born in Philadelphia on May 18, 1921 to parents Frederick and Emilie Leska. Emma enjoyed her family, home and friends. Emma is survived by her 3 daughters: Bonnie Wood (R. James), Jackie Shipley, and Kim Rufo (Michael). Brother: Harry A. Leska. Grandchildren: Christian, Brian, Michael, Karen, Lisa, Kara, Michael & Ashley. Also survived by 13 Great-Grandchildren. Relatives and Friends are welcome to attend a viewing for Emma on Friday, April 5, 2019, 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the KISH FUNERAL HOME, 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008. A Funeral Service will follow at 10:00 AM. Interment will immediately follow at Fernwood Cemetery, Fernwood, PA.

My memories of Emma are so energetic and positive. Her strength was something to behold, although she was not herself for some years she still had so much personality. I'd look forward to pictures and stories when Kim visited, especially when they sat outside. I am blessed to have known her.
