July 8, 1927 – January 10, 2020 ATTANASIO Edward Attanasio “Eddie “A”, age 92, of Margate City, NJ, formerly of SW Philadelphia, peacefully passed on January 10, 2020, at Villa Raffaella Assisted Living, Pleasantville, NJ. He was U. S. Marines and served in the end of WWII and the Korean War. Eddie”A” loved his home in Margate. He was an usher at Holy Trinity Parish (Blessed Sacrament), a member of Knights of Columbus, and Sons of Italy. He enjoyed boating, crabbing, hunting and spending time with his family. One of his greatest loves was being able to fix anything his girls needed to be fixed. He was a our “handyman”. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Marilu (nee Mongelluzzo). Survived by his loving daughters, Angela “Angel” Attanasio and Luisa Robbins (Daniel), Madeline DiPasquale (sister), Vincent Attanasio (brother-deceased) Relatives and friends may attend a viewing on Thursday, January 16, 2020, 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM Holy Trinity Parish, 2801 Ventnor Ave., Longport, NJ 08403. Funeral Mass to follow 11:00 AM.
