ROMANO Antonino “Antonio Romano”, age 83, of Springfield, passed on September 29, 2019. Beloved husband of Annunciata “Nancy” (nee Monaco), loving father of Anthony Romano and Carla Romano Moscatelli (Anthony), adoring grandfather of Nicholas and Isabella Moscatelli and devoted brother of Nada Chirico and the late Domenico and Vincenzo. Antonio was an owner/operator truck driver mechanic that could fix anything. The original Macgyver. He was a major soccer fan and enjoyed all Philadelphia sports. He loved to garden, make wine and spend time with his family. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing on Saturday, Oct. 5, 9-10:15 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 136 Saxer Ave., Springfield, PA 19064. Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 AM. Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
