CIOSCHI Antoinette (nee Pietrangelo) “Nanette”, age 92, on Oct. 28, 2020, of Phila. PA. Nanette was a first generation Italian American and the oldest of 5 children. Growing up in South Philly, she was devoted to her parents and siblings. During her marriage she maintained strength and resilience when her young husband suffered handicaps after brain surgery and was no longer able to work. She maintained a home and raised their 3 kids on a very limited income. Nanette was independent and brave. Once her Grandchildren were born, she was thrilled to spend as much time as she could with them. Nanette was health conscious and enjoyed reviewing nutritional materials and was an avid reader. She loved music, enjoyed current events, and watching news programs, her favorite QVC shopping channel. She loved the beach and visiting whenever she could. Nanette loved cooking her amazing gravy and meatballs for family visits. She will be deeply missed. Predeceased by her parents Carlo and Nerina (nee Giorgetti) Pietrangelo; her husband Eugene, “Gene”, her grandson Gregory Uhlman, and her brother Anthony Pietrangelo. Survived by her son Eugene, her daughters Ann Marie Uhlman and Kathleen “Kathy” (Albert) Iannucci, her 8 grandchildren; Matthew, Stephen, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Gabriella (Matthew), Alexis, and Luke, her Great Grandchild Hunter, her brother Frank (Adele) and her sisters Dolores (the late Sonny) Irrera and Tina (Richard) Brigandi. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Thursday Morning 11:00 -11:45 A.M. at The KISH Funeral Home 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall , PA 19008, followed by her Funeral Service at noon.
