MACON Ronald G. Macon, age 65 of Havertown, PA, passed away on January 2, 2020. He is predeceased by his mother Helen Macon (nee Fentker). He is survived by his father George Macon; his beloved wife of 42 years, Linda S. Macon (nee Aldridge); his children Matthew Macon and Stephanie Shenck (Ryan); his 3 cherished granddaughters Evelyn, Clementine and Penelope Shenck; and his sister June Macon. Ronald was a Lifetime member of Darby Fire Company #1. He worked for SEPTA for 30 years. He was a devoted member of the Risen Hope Church and a believer in Jesus Christ. Ronald delighted in feeding the birds in his backyard and loved and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was a lifetime lover of model trains. He enjoyed going to the ocean and appreciated a good joke. Ronald carried big love. Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation to be held on January 25 at 12 PM, with a Memorial Service to follow at 1 PM at Manoa Community Church, 153 Eagle Road, Havertown, PA, 19083.
