Michael J. Conte, age 90, of Earleville, MD, formerly of Southwest Philadelphia, PA, died December 11, 2016 at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. Michael was the past (1971-1972) Commander of the William P. Roche Post #21, in Southwest Philadelphia. Michael enjoyed gardening, bowling and time spent with his family. He would never say no if someone needed a hand. Doing things to help others was Michael’s way. His favorite two words were “No Problem”. Michael was the Son of the late Angelo Michael Conte and Grace (Napoline) Conte, and brother of the late Joseph J. Conte. Michael is survived by his son Michael A. Conte, of South Philadelphia. He is the brother of Rose Marie Beato, of Southwest Philadelphia, and the Brother in Law of Margaret Conte of Northeast Philadelphia. Michael is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and Friends may call Friday, December 16, 2016, after 10:30AM at the Kish Funeral Home, Inc., 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008, Funeral Service 12 Noon at the funeral home. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
