Our family is deeply saddened by the loss of Josie( Mrs.Marciano- we were told not to call elders by their first name out of respect). Sweetness , kindness, beautiful smile and gentle nature are only a few of the many gifts she gave to us. She will never be replaced and May God bless you and rest her beautiful soul

Dear Annamarie and family,
I am so honored to have had Josie in my life since I was 6 years old. She was such a nice person. She fed me lunch as well as many others, as we would come home to your house with you at lunch time from school. She helped raise many of us. Even up to a few year ago making struffoli (honey balls) at Josie's house, was such a wonderful time. Being able to visit her these past few years and spend time with her was such a beautiful reminder of what a beautiful person she was. She will always be part of my childhood memories.
Love you my friend, Renee

Josie, was always offering you something to eat and drink the moment she open the door to let you in the house. During the early stages of the forming of the OLOLPA I would go over Mike and Josephine's house probably almost every night. I would head over around 5:30 haven already eating dinner. But once you were there Josephine made sure that you ate again and there was no saying no to her about eating or drinking something. She was a class act and will be deeply missed by all.
