John Kotakis M.D.

KOTAKIS John Kotakis, M.D., Age 92, of Broomall, PA, passed away on January 18th, 2021. John was predeceased by his parents Kostas and Angela (Padusis) and brother James. Beloved husband of the late Bernadine (nee Borsock); Loving father of Maria Pagano (Steve) and John Kotakis (Michele), and cherished grandfather of Jimmy, Joey and Jordan Kotakis, and Mariana Pagano. John attended undergraduate school at University of Pennsylvania, and attended medical school at Hahnemann University. John did his residency at Misericordia Hospital and opened his first office on Chester Avenue. He later moved his practice to Lansdowne and was on staff at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital before retiring in 1997. John loved his practice and the families he served. John enjoyed fishing, carpentry, and real estate. John was an avid Eagle’s fan. Due to the current Pandemic, Funeral Services and Interment will be Private. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Please check back for more information.
